**Description:
- Permanent Full Time- We are looking for a **_Director, Technology Ways of Working - Digital Technology._**

**Role Description**
- Are you passionate not only about technology delivery but the enterprise wide business and user experience, loves to learn and champion new ideas with others, and works with an entrepreneurial mindset?- If so, we are seeking a visionary Director, Technology Ways of Working (Digital Technology) to champion our technology organization’s values, foster an inclusive and innovative working environment, and drive our ways of working initiatives forward, in partnership with Human Resources.-
**What you will do**
- In partnership with HR, curate, develop, and operate technology leadership capability programs within Digital Technology focused on optimizing our ways of working, delivery and service performance
- Champion our Ways of Working to increase adoption and adherence across various technology business units**; **define, cultivate and reinforce our organizational values and integrate into our daily operations and decision-making processes
- Act as a change agent, guiding the organization through periods of evolving our ways of working, by fostering open communication channels and encouraging cross-departmental collaboration
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to our technology ways of working; providing regular insights and recommendations on continuous improvement to senior leadership teams
- Advocate for emerging best practices and innovations related to technology ways of working and integrating relevant trends into overall strategies

**What you will bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or related field; knowledge in Behavioural Science considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience in program management and technology delivery
- Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of program initiatives and expert knowledge of change management
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with colleagues or external stakeholders to positively influence outcomes quickly and confidently
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, embrace change and seek clarity through a variety of available stakeholders and resources
- Demonstrated ability to be resilient and creative in the face of difficulty; engaging with others to find a way forward
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fast paced/demanding environment
- Strong understanding and practical experience with an Agile delivery framework
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals/objectives into actionable plans

**_Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Toronto, London, Winnipeg._**
- The base salary for this position is between **$89,800****:

- $166,300** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
