**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install a variety of flooring and stairs materials including hardwood, laminate, and vinyl according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to determine the layout and installation requirements.
- Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and repairing as needed.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, fitting, and securing flooring materials.
- Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal of installations.
- Lay tiles accurately, ensuring proper alignment and spacing for a professional finish.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Stairs and floors installation or related maintenance person skills is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $7,000.00-$20,000.00 per month

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
