**Position Description**

At PAR, we're on a mission to deliver solutions that connect people to the restaurants, meals, and moments they love. We are now on the lookout for a Marketing Business Analyst who is eager to learn, contribute to our marketing efforts, and help elevate our brand positioning.

As a Marketing Business Analyst, you'll be an essential part of the Growth Marketing Strategy team, offering support to the Director of Growth Marketing Strategy. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**What **We're** Looking For**
- 1-2 years' experience, or recent graduates in business, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical ability with an interest in marketing strategy and competitive strategy
- Good verbal and written communications skills; ability to understand and convey technical information in a simple, clear manner
- Team player who thrives in a cross-functional team environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Openness to travel 10-20% for events and/or tradeshows

- Assist in developing competitive marketing strategies: Under the guidance of the Director, you'll learn to understand the market dynamics and contribute to the creation of marketing strategies that aim to grow our market share.
- Support in market analysis: You'll help with TAM, SAM, SOM modelling for PAR and its product lines, contributing to the identification of growth segments, channels, verticals, and products.
- Contribute to cross-functional collaboration: You'll work with various teams such as product management, sales, content, and demand generation to help build annual marketing strategies and quarterly playbooks.
- Help elevate PAR's brand: Under the guidance of the team, you'll assist with various marketing activities aimed at building a cohesive marketing strategy that enhances PAR's brand positioning in the marketplace.
- Support Marketing ROI analysis: You'll assist in analyzing marketing data to help improve marketing spend across the marketing mix.
