Maintenance Supervisor

Niche Bakers Corp. is a leading Bakery Manufacturer company dedicated to delivering high-quality baked good products to our customers. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an **Industrial Millwright Maintenance Supervisor.**
1. **Supervise Maintenance Team**:Lead and mentor a team of industrial millwrights, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
2. **Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring equipment downtime is minimized and maintenance tasks are efficiently executed.
3. **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with industrial machinery to minimize production disruptions.
4. **Equipment Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections of machinery equipment, building systems; heating, ventilation etc., to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
5. **Safety Compliance**: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and protocols with all company SOP's, policies, procedures and relevant legislations.
6**. Budget Management**: Monitor all inventory of materials and equipment.
7. **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and communicate effectively to minimize production downtime.
8. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an Industrial Millwright or similar maintenance role.
Supervisory or team leadership experience in an industrial setting.
In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
Familiarity with budget management and cost control.
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.
