**Why We Need You**

Our **Practice Coach** is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest **Optician / Dispenser, **at our clinic in** Sackville, NS.**

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors and is crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our patients. You'll bring with you your passion for people and your drive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. With your help, we'll continue to have a positive impact on our current patients' health and well-being, as well as the patients we haven't yet met.

This position requires a schedule of 30-40 hours per week, **Mondays through Saturdays**.

**What Will You be Doing?**
- Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle
- Assisting with selection of frames to suit your client’s aesthetic and performance needs
- Upholding excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
- Performing repairs and adjustments to patients’ eyewear
- Contributing to store retail sales goals

**What do You Bring?**
- Previous dispensary experience is preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A track record of learning new systems and processes
- A professional and approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
