Handyman/woman/maintenance

Growing Company is seeking to add a handyman to the team.

Looking for a PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, AMBITIOUS, HARD WORKING individual.

**Requirements**:
15+ years experience in the residential or commercial renovation / construction trade.

Knowledge in the areas of Metal & Wood Framing, Drywall, Taping, Painting, Flooring - Wood, Tile & Carpet, Basic: Plumbing, Electrical, Masonry, Concrete.

Able to work indoors and outdoors during different weather conditions.

Able to carry and climb a ladder, work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Able to work 44 hours a week.

Ability to work as a team.

Vehicle and valid G license.

**Must have own basic tools. **

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- trade: 10 years (preferred)
