As part of our growing team, we are seeking a permanent full-time Industrial Spray Painter to paint casings/enclosures/housings of Air Conditioning equipment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Painting of industrial equipment and structural steel using industrial spray paint, pressure pot, and air assist airless pumps.
- Must be able to determine and make appropriate adjustments for temperature, humidity, due point, and surface temperature.
- Material paint preparation
- Material shipping preparation
- Cleaning tapped holes
- Pressure washing assemblies
- And other duties that would include before or aftercare of weldments
- Job includes prep, cleaning, masking, and other production work as required.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Completion of High School/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to mix your own paint
- Must be able to work overtime when needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A certified Forklift/Crane Operator would be an asset
- Practice safe work procedures and follow all health & safety regulations
