- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and provide regular reports on project status

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, systems, and best practices
- Experience with project management tools such as LMN and Microsoft Programs
- Invoicing, attending meetings for job sites, managing budgets, estimating jobs, ordering materials
- Able to read all site drawings, and prepare take-offs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle
- Organized time management

**Salary**: From $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
