Destination Canada est à la recherche **d’un agent financier général ou d’une agente financière générale**, qui viendra intégrer son équipe à Vancouver, laquelle incite les voyageurs à venir explorer le Canada.

Relevant de la gestionnaire, Planification et analyse financières, l’agent financier général ou l’agente financière générale fournira les services financiers nécessaires aux unités opérationnelles auxquelles il ou elle est affecté(e). Ces services comprennent la coordination, le suivi et les prévisions budgétaires; la surveillance des dépenses des projets et des contrats; la fourniture d’interprétations, de conseils et de formations sur différentes politiques de Destination Canada; la réalisation d’analyses financières et la formulation de conseils qui aideront à la prise de décisions opérationnelles et stratégiques desdites unités opérationnelles.

La personne retenue sera aussi responsable de seconder la gestionnaire en réalisant des analyses financières, en produisant des rapports et en fournissant des recommandations aux fins de conception et de gestion des systèmes de contrôles internes, des politiques et des processus, dont le processus budgétaire.

**Note**: La personne retenue devra se conformer au modèle de travail hybride de Destination Canada, qui exige que tous les employés travaillent deux ou trois jours par semaine au bureau de Vancouver. Le reste de la semaine de travail peut se faire depuis un bureau à domicile.

**FONCTIONS**: La personne retenue fournira du soutien aux responsables de budget en matière de gestion du budget, de préparation de rapports et d’analyses tout en prodiguant des services financiers et des conseils aux unités opérationnelles qui lui sont assignées. Elle soutiendra la gestionnaire dans des tâches relatives à tout l’organisme : rédaction d’analyses et de rapports financiers, mise en œuvre et amélioration des systèmes et des processus, élaboration de politiques financières et réalisation d’audits internes.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Appuyer les responsables de budget de la direction et de la haute direction dans le processus de gestion continue du budget, ce qui comprend:

- surveiller et suivre les budgets et dépenses de programmes, de projets et de fonctionnement;
- surveiller, rapprocher, vérifier et contrôler les dépenses effectuées auprès des fournisseurs par rapport aux contrats signés;
- rapprocher les comptes, analyser les écarts et établir des prévisions;
- élaborer des tableaux de bord et des rapports qui offrent des informations sur les dépenses et les prévisions;
- mettre au point un cadre et une structure de gestion du budget pour les nouvelles unités opérationnelles;
- prodiguer des orientations, des conseils et des recommandations en matière financière qui éclaireront les décisions et plans d’affaires opérationnels ou stratégiques.
- Agir comme personne-ressource et spécialiste des finances pour les unités opérationnelles qui lui sont assignées.
- Élaborer des rapports et des analyses ponctuels ou portant sur l’organisme dans son entier, notamment des prévisions et des analyses de tendances liées aux dépenses, mais aussi contribuer à la préparation de grands rapports comme le plan d’entreprise.
- Agir comme superutilisateur ou superutilisatrice pour les programmes et les systèmes d’analyses financières, résoudre les problèmes ou les erreurs, bâtir et modifier les rapports ainsi que contacter les consultants s’il y a lieu.
- Diriger ou soutenir la mise en place ou le déploiement de nouvelles politiques, de nouveaux processus et de nouveaux systèmes en matière de finances et d’approvisionnement en préparant des communications et en administrant de la formation pour les utilisateurs finaux.
