**Primary responsibilities**:

- Gather and compile data from various sources, including databases, market reports, and public records, to build a comprehensive dataset.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through thorough cleaning and validation processes.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze current market trends, vacancy rates, and pricing in the commercial real estate market.
- Provide insights into market conditions and identify potential opportunities or risks.
- Perform financial analysis on commercial real estate assets, including cash flow projections, return on investment calculations, and sensitivity analyses.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast market trends and property performance.
- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations.
- Stay informed about industry-specific technologies and incorporate them into analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brokerage and investment teams, to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in data analysis through effective communication with team members.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance standards in the real estate industry.
- Ensure data management practices align with regulatory requirements.

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and manage transaction documentation, including purchase agreements, leases and closing documents.
- Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the transaction process.
- Support due diligence activities by organizing and managing the collection of necessary documents and information.
- Work closely with the Broker teams and Management to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Develop and maintain transaction timelines, ensuring that key milestones and deadlines are met.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
