We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cardlock Worker to join our team. The Cardlock Worker will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including cardlock maintenance, yard maintenance, delivering lubricant orders, completing the inventory, placing orders for stock & supplies, operating a skid-steer, completing daily and weekly checklists, and processing store sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the cardlock, yard, and surrounding areas including garbage pickup, mowing, and landscaping as needed.
- Process store sales and deal with customers, including answering phones, operating cash registers, handling money and credit card transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Deliver lubricant orders to customers via pickup truck, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and according to established procedures.
- Complete warehouse and store inventory, using an in-house computer program, and Microsoft Excel.
- Complete physical dips and inventory reconciliation on fuel tanks.
- Take oil/water separator samples and send to laboratory for analysis.
- Place orders for the warehouse, cardlock supplies, and store supplies weekly.
- Operate a skid-steer to load/unload pallets of products.
- Complete daily and weekly checklists to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard.
- Restock and maintain the cleanliness of the cardlock, including inspection of hoses/nozzles, investigation of leaks, replacing filters, and other consumables.
- Dumping of used oil dropped off by customers and properly disposing of hazardous waste according to established regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating a skid-steer preferred.
- Knowledge of lubricant products and equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
