**Employment Opportunity: On-call School Bus Drivers**

Shawanaga First Nation is seeking a Class B, 71 passenger school bus driver for on-call services. Under the direction of the Band Administrator(s), along with the Education Administration, being a key member of the First Nation’s Education Department. This position is posted by the Kinomaugewgamik Elementary School located on the Shawanaga First Nation reserve.

Required Qualifications:

- Current valid School Bus Driver Class B license (Not probationary) in Ontario
- Current Vulnerable Police Sector Check
- Approximately 4 1/2 hours per day (mornings and afternoons daily as required)
- Students are well behaved (small student number)

Duties: Safely drive students to and from Shawanaga First Nation to Parry Sound schools following a prescribed route, on an on-call basis during the school year.
- Perform daily vehicle circle check safety inspections, documenting & reporting according to company, school & government regulations.

Comply with all company & government regulations, laws & policies.

Communicate clearly and interact in a courteous, professional manner as required.

Rate of Pay: To be Determined References: To be made available on request

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday
- On call

**Experience**:
