Shadybrook Resort and Marina Campground Host

**Shadybrook Resort and Marina is looking for a Host to join our team**

**The Role of a Host**:
As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet guests, provide them with a warm, comfortable and courteous experience at Shadybrook Resort and Marina ensure that each guest leaves with a smile. You will work with the other hosts and staff to create a fun, energetic, memorable experience for guests each time they come in.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Be friendly and welcoming with the guests
- Assist guests with checking-in/checking out
- Educating guests on rules and etiquette
- Answering phones
- Handling camper concerns
- General maintenance if required
- Assistance in monitoring water treatment plant
- Provide information about the campground and surrounding area
- Positive attitude
- Professional yet relaxed attitude
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset
- Good organization skills

Accommodation: - Camp host couple will be provided with a discounted full-service campsite for the season.

Hours: Approximately 30 per week

**Salary**: - dependent on experience

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Windermere, BC V0B 2L2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
