**Your Daily Responsibilities**:

- Provide valuable feedback on sales programs and marketing initiatives, ensuring continual optimization for success.
- Serve as the face of our builder clients, embodying in-depth product knowledge and professionalism.
- Engage in document review, correspondence preparation, and marketing material creation to drive sales success.
- Cultivate and maintain Realtor relationships, offering support and guidance to drive collaborative success.
- Stay abreast of market trends, analyzing opportunities and inventory to inform strategic decision-making.
- Lead the execution of sales programs and project launches, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to ensure effectiveness.

**Employment Requirements**:

- Possession of a Real Estate Sales Person License (OREA/RECO) with ongoing education.
- While NEW HOME Sales Experience is recommended, we provide a comprehensive sales training program.
- Backgrounds in hospitality and administration are advantageous.
- Fluency in multiple languages is preferred.

**Benefits**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Real Estate Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- New Home Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Real Estate Sales Person License (OREA/RECO) (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
