Our Mississauga location is looking for enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our team as Food Servers.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on menu items, and make recommendations upon request.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including specialty Turkish desserts and drinks.
- Ensure tables are set correctly and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments using cash or credit cards and return change or receipts as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including daily specials and promotions.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

- Ability to speak Turkish is a major asset.
- Previous experience as a Food Server or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Experience in food and drink preparation is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Turkish cuisine and desserts is an asset but not required.
