Reporting to the HSE Lead, the HSE Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the HSE team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supports the HSE Lead and Advisors.
- Prepares, formats, publishes and stores HSE documentation.
- Uploads documentation into Optic and Client Enablon.
- Maintains HSE records, logs, statistics, metrics, and training matrix.
- Assists with WCB administrative tasks.
- Manages calls, uses various computer software to assist in preparing stat reports, rolling action logs and communication documents.
- Assists in orientation processes by scanning HSE documentation into online system and updating employee files.
- Operates photocopiers, computer scanning equipment and filing, manages overall HSE paperwork through document control processes.
- Assists with booking training and organizing training requests, internal and external classes.
- Builds service relationships with HSE Advisors and Supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- HSE Administrator Certificate through the ACSA is an asset
- Excellent computer knowledge with proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to remain objective and maintain a factual perspective when dealing with questions and inquiries
- Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them without compromise to quality or accuracy of work
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
