**Dish Washer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen (includes washing dishes, taking out the garbage, mopping floors, organizing fridges, etc.)- Properly washes and sorts soiled dishes- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and work- Ensure all equipment and utensils are in good working order, are property sanitized and stored- Assist cooks and prep cook in the preparation of diverse recipes- Follow procedures according to Health and Safety requirements- Receive and rotate products into inventory

M**ust-Haves**:

- Experience working in a food environment is an asset- Knife skills or previous experience in a kitchen is preferred- Positive attitude and willing to learn- Previous Kitchen Management experience- Familiar with sanitation and health and safety food regulations including proper handling of equipment- Excellent time management and organization skills- Flexible schedule
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
