**Position Overview**:
Epic Fire Protection, a leading name in the sprinkler industry, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotations for labor and materials for all tender calls.
- Complete all required tender documents and pre-qualification documents.
- Develop sprinkler layouts for all estimates and review drawings and specifications accordingly.
- Attend tender site visits to ensure accurate estimates and proposals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure project success.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Technology or equivalent work experience as a Fire Sprinkler Estimator.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sprinkler design, project management, and estimating.
- Proficiency in fire sprinkler industry codes and standards (OBC & NFPA).
- Familiarity with fire protection products, materials, and fire pumps.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work tasks, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
