Apprentice Technician

**Are you a driven and passionate 3rd-year apprentice service technician looking to advance your career in a reputable automotive dealership? Bluewater Ford is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and continue their journey toward becoming a licensed Service Technician.**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs as assigned
- Diagnose/troubleshoot customer complaints to find the source of the problem(s) and repair
- Determine if vehicles need additional safety or service work
- Isolating the systems or components that might have caused the problem
- Driving the vehicle for testing purposes or using various equipment
- Maintaining efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles

**Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical abilities including schematics and diagnostics
- Experience with routine maintenance operations
- Ability to set goals and manage multiple projects and initiatives;
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs;
