**CARPENTER COORDINATOR**

**JOB DETAILS**

Salary
- $22-$30 an hour
- biweekly

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, install, maintain and repair structures made of wood, wood substitutes and other materials
- Operating woodworking machines and using hand tools to cut shape and form wood (handrails, steps and landings)
- Use carpentry tools and equipment
- Knowledge in architectural construction
- Work time meet due dates with an awareness of project
- Collaboration with multiple disciplines (architects and welders)
- Managing projects thorough conceptual design and construction documentation
- Take measurements onsite or architectural surveys
- Clean up work area and department when necessary
- Read and interpret architectural drawings without instruction
- Other duties assigned

SKILLS
- Aligned with company principles and values
- Strong technical drawing skills
- Work based on drawing architectural by himself
- Strong understanding of wood materials and techniques
- Attention to detail, motivation to learn

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Carpentry: 5 years experience
- Autocad (proficiency)
- Sketchup advance
- Revit basic

Job type: Full time, permanent position

8 hours shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday, sometimes weekends as need it

Salary

Work environment: Office and workshop

Location: Mississauga

Language: English (basic), Spanish is an asset

Education: Advance diploma, undergraduate in Architecture is an asset

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
