**Responsibilities**:
**But du poste**:Le commis à l’entretien des installations est responsable de garder le milieu de travail propre et ordonné, ainsi que les réparations et l’entretien général quotidien de l’équipement. Ce travail moyen à intense exige souvent de travailler debout ou accroupi, de marcher, de lever des objets et autres tâches semblables. L’horaire est de 6h00 à 15h00, du lundi au vendredi.
- Aider à l’entretien du bâtiment, ce qui comprend, mais ne se limite pas à : nettoyer les planchers et vider les contenants à déchets;
- Dépanner et effectuer des réparations mineures sur l’équipement de bureau, les accessoires du bâtiment, etc.;
- Effectuer la maintenance générale de l’équipement d’entrepôt;
- Effectuer d’autres tâches d’entretien demandées par les superviseurs ou la direction;
- Aider parfois à préparer les commandes pour l’expédition ou autres tâches d’entrepôt;
- Opérer occasionnellement un chariot élévateur.**Job purpose**: The Facilities Maintenance Clerk is responsible for general cleaning and orderliness of the premises, and daily repairs and general maintenance of equipment. The work involves moderate to heavy work, and there is frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, lift objects and perform other similar actions. The work schedule is from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Assist with building maintenance, including but not limited to washing floors and emptying waste containers;
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on office equipment, building fixtures, etc.;
- General upkeep of warehouse equipment;
- Perform other maintenance activities as requested from supervisors and management;
- May assist in preparing orders for shipment, or other related warehouse tasks;
- Occasional forklift duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience en entretien de bâtiment est un atout essentiel;
- Expérience et capacité d’utiliser des outils manuels électriques;
- Expérience en conduite de chariot élévateur est un atout;
- Capacité de soulever des charges de 50 lb ou moins;
- Capacité à effectuer des mouvements répétitifs et travailler debout pendant de longues périodes;
- Capacité à respecter les échéances et à travailler dans un milieu très dynamique.- Building maintenance experience a definite asset;
- Experience and ability to use hand and power tools;
- Forklift experience an asset;
- Must be able to manipulate stock weighing up to 50 lbs.;
- Ability to use repetitive motions and stand on feet for long periods of time;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in fast paced environment.
