**Job Requirements/Skills**
- Basic carpentry experience needed to install doors, door hardware, railings, and windows
- Be a good “communicator” between customer and Project Manager
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with tools. (both hand tools and power tools - Must have own tools
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds.
- Responsible and able to work with others as well as on your own.
- Valid insurable Driver’s License and abstract. (Individual must have own vehicle)
