We are looking to hire a two full-time framers with 3+ years of experience as a framer to assist in the construction and the framework of buildings and other structures according to construction plans.

To be successful as a framer, you should be able to interpret blueprints and have sound knowledge of building codes and safety regulations. Ultimately, an exceptional framer should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS**
- Accurately measure, and cut lumber, wood, and other building materials
- Attach building materials using screws, nuts, and bolts
- Erect temporary structures such as scaffolds and hoists
- Perform repairs on existing framework structures that are damaged or structurally unsound
- Analyze blueprints and drawings to determine the structural dimensions of the framework to be constructed
- Analyze construction plans to identify potential structural problems
- Examine building materials to identify any defects
- Perform cleanups of job sites by clearing away all carpentry debris and waste
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years experience in framing
- Must have a vehicle and valid Drivers Licence

**CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENCES**
- High School diploma or GED
