**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with our integration team to seamlessly integrate newly acquired clinics.
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and vendor statements.
- Understand expense accounts and cost centres.
- Request address and EFT information from new vendors.
- Add new vendors to ERP system.
- Reconciling Credit cards using online expense software (Expense Point).
- Ensure SoftCo approval channels adhere to the company approval matrix.

**Position Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Emphasis on accuracy & attention to detail and seasoned problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Experience with Sage Intacct would be an asset.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborative team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
