The Contract Management Associate (Access Agreement Associate) has a dynamic and captivating personality and is responsible to research, introduce, present, and successfully gain permission to allow our major customer access to buildings across the Golden Horseshoe. They will update milestone dates and databases with notes and documentation throughout the delivery of the Access Agreement. The Associate will be responsible to maintain monthly targets for customer deliverables.
- **This role requires approximately 50% home/office work and the other 50% of the time traveling to customer sites within the Golden Horseshoe area.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Research residential and commercial property management groups and owners to engage in the Access Agreement.
- Communicate with and present the Agreement to property owners / management groups to engage interest.
- Communicate the benefits of the Agreement and the products and services associated to gain customer signoff.
- Accountable for the successful delivery and written signoff of the Agreement to meet monthly targets.
- Ensure the integrity of the message delivered for the Agreement conforms to its statutory, legal and mandated obligations under the relevant communications legislation.
- Communicates with the Customer, Internal Project Management team and Designers when necessary.
- Monitors Agreement completion dates and service milestones and updates them accordingly.
- Travels consistently to customer sites (Golden Horseshoe) to obtain signatures for Access Privilege Agreements.
- Updates internal project database (QuickBase).
- Provides quality communications designed to advocate on behalf of the customer the benefit of their products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- College Diploma/University Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Experience with delivering contracts and communicating the benefits of services to property management is an asset.
- Experience with legal documentation, terms and phrases and the ability to discuss them in layman’s terms.
- Confident and authoritative speaker - strong presentation skills.
- Experience in dealing with either commercial/residential property owners or business owners.
- Technical background or experience as a Field Technician is an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision making and overcome objections.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
- Excellent attention to detail, work comfortably under pressure and with the public in high pressure situations; strong organization and record keeping skills.
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team demonstrating dependability and trustworthiness.
- Ability to multitask and work within tight time frames; results orientated.
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Must have own reliable vehicle (travel reimbursement included). Insured and Licensed.
