**Job description**

We are looking for someone to lead a crew of 2-4 people to frame single family homes from start to finish in Maple Ridge and the surrounding area, with the opportunity to grow into a site supervisor role.

If you work well in a team environment have lots of drive to get your work done efficiently and effectively. If you lead by example, are energetic and committed to your work, you are the person we are looking for We offer a competitive wage based on level of experience.

Skills and experience requirements:

- 5+ years in the construction industry
- 1+ Years running a framing crew
- Comprehensive ability to read and implement construction plans
- Ability to lead and teach others carpentry skills
- Carpentry red seal is preffered but not required


**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Maple Ridge, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- construction: 5 years (preferred)
