We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

**Typical Day in Role**:

- Be the bridge between multiple parties including: our business, control functions, technology partners and our engineering teams, responsible for delivering exciting products in the Digital Banking Unit - sitting on many meetings, getting requirements from partners and translating business requirements to technical requirements
- Help scale, enable, and drive online & mobile development excellence as our team continues to deliver innovative solutions customers
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes
- Working in an Agile environment - working on managing team’s work backlog
- They will be the only BSA on this project on this team but there are other BSAs they can leverage in other areas for support

1) 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst - need strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation creation
2) 5+ years of experience with microapps and Microservices architecture, APIs
3) 5+ years’ Agile Scrum experience - demonstrated understanding of Agile concepts, agile estimations, and ceremonies
4) 5+ hands-on experience with architectural diagrams
5) 5+ years’ combined experience JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, MS office suite or equivalent tools

**Nice-To-Have Skills**:
1) Financial software development organization experience
2) Experience facilitating onboarding processes
3) Experience with web development (JavaScript) to understand programming concepts so they can easily translate requirements

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
