We are looking for an energetic, creative and motivated ABA Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team This position will be based out of our Orangeville, ON, site with occasional travel to our Fergus location.
- Clinical oversight of ABA programming (intake to discharge, assessment, development, direct supervision of instructor therapists, monitoring, training, consultation and collaboration as needed)
- Development and delivery of individualized caregiver consultation and training packages (face to face in home/centre and virtual)
- Completion and management of all documents related to services and funding (e.g., service plans, reports and OAP documentation) for clients
- Regular review of client data and direct face to face observation of client sessions
- Planning, organizing and implementation of staff training and professional development opportunities
- Adherence to the Ethical and Professional Compliance Code for Behaviour Analysts
- Adherence to ABS Inc’s Clinical Processes, Policies and Procedures
- Promote a welcoming and respectful workplace culture

**Qualifications**
- Masters level Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) REQUIRED
- 1-2 years experience in a supervisory role is an asset
- OAP approved clinical supervisor (asset)
- Clear criminal reference check
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle

**Salary**: $67,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
