Position Overview:
- Oversee wedding and memorial services at the Williamsburg Cemetery Dedication Centre and provide general customer service.**Please note that **s**hifts are infrequent, some shifts will be short notice, and the hours of work will be approximately 4 hours per shift. Most shifts you will be working alone.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Opens and closes facility following established procedures.
- Reviews instructions provided by management and ensures completion of duties.
- Sets out food, beverages, set-up of tables (weighing approx. 10-15 lbs)., chairs and other items as required.
- General tidying such as sweeping, wiping tables, changing table cloths
- Greets customers, offers assistance
- Accommodates additional requests and troubleshoots issues as required.
- Responds to customers’ requests for information pertaining to services and features provided by the Cemeteries.
- Interacts with the general public, wedding parties, families of the deceased, funeral homes/directors, catering companies
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
- Equivalent to partial secondary school education.
- Up to 6 months of related experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a cemetery environment
- Must be reliable with a good attitude and employment record.
