Apshalt Crew Personel

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various duties and tasks as part of the paving scope.
- Work in conjunction with other crew members to provide a high quality service.
- Communicate and plan paving procedures with the Project manager/Estimator, Paving Supervisor and paving crew personnel.
- The ability to start and finish tasks as an individual and as a crew member.

**Experience**
- Grading/final grade.
- Driveway, commercial parking, Industrial lot and walking path paving.
- Knowledge of operating paving equipment, compactors/rollers and raking.

**Requirements**:

- Adhere to all safety requirements and policies.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Knowledge of asphalting, and road construction methods.

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Construction: 5 years (required)
