Ceremony Specialist

The Ceremony Specialist at Elora Mill is responsible for ensuring a seamless wedding ceremony from start to finish. The individual in this role is responsible for coordinating the rehearsal, overseeing all details of the ceremony including room set up, décor, music, wedding party placement, greeting, wedding guest check in and all other special details. Passionate about guest experience and collaboration, the ceremony specialist works with the hotel and events teams to deliver an exceptional experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as liaison between couple and Officiant to ensure all details from rehearsal is relayed for ceremony.
- Assume the role of assistant manager for the event, coordinating with the Maître D, Concierge and other event staff to ensure flawless execution and service
- Act as liaison for the Wedding party for all timing and set up.
- Coordinate ceremony timing with the event manager and lead the wedding party to the ceremony and through each step
- Ensure all details are executed to Elora Mill standards from rehearsal to ceremony.
- Provide end of day reporting to all channels regarding event and necessary follow ups.
- Embody Pearle’s service culture and adhere to the high level of service standards and excellence
