**Hybrid Work Model**

This position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the opportunity to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. Guidelines and requirements for in-office presence are determined by operational need and vary according to the unique needs of each business area.

We are seeking applicants interested in **entry level administrative and financial positions** to join our team in **VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.**

Working in both a virtual and in person service-oriented work environment, you will provide pension administration services for our members and employers.

**Administrative positions** are responsible for processing routine service transactions related to the purchase of additional pension service, pension, and termination benefits.

**Financial positions **are responsible for preparing financial reconciliations, working papers in support of employer remittances to reported data, disbursement duties and reconciling billing.

**About the inventory**

To become an inventory member, applicants must meet the posted job requirements and successfully complete an online assessment (administrative and/or financial) of their knowledge and skills. If you wish to be considered for both the administrative and financial positions, you will be required to complete testing for each.

Once you become a member of the inventory, you will be offered the opportunity to interview for positions as vacancies arise.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of recent (within 5 years) experience in a customer service or administrative/clerical role.

**Nice to have**
- One year experience in a financial position (accounts payable, receivable, payroll, banking, bookkeeping) is an asset.
- Two or more years of related experience is preferred.
