- an introductory letter of interest that includes a description of your relevant experience, including your involvement with and contribution to Indigenous communities;- a curriculum vitae;- a statement of teaching philosophy and evidence of effective teaching or potential for the same (1-2 pages);- a statement describing a current and projected research plan, including a description of how Indigenous methodologies, knowledge systems, language, and perspectives are incorporated into your research approaches;- a diversity statement (1 page) describing your lived background experience (if comfortable), and your past experience and future plans regarding working with a diverse student body, and contributing to a culture of equity and inclusion; and- the names and contact information for four referees, at least one of whom is from an Indigenous community you have worked with and who can attest to the nature and significance of this work to the community.
