**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Help receive goods, raw materials (mainly steel), and full/partial assemblies.
- Ensure item quantities, materials, dimensions, and other features match build lists.
- Catch problems as early as possible, before they impact production.
- Operate a forklift to move material within the warehouse and yard.
- Transfer material from skids to various production locations.
- Read, understand, and follow working drawings.

**MUST HAVES**:

- Must have a valid class 5 BC drivers' license.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work in Mission, BC.
- Must be able to read a tape measure (feet and inches).
- Must have a minimum of 1-year forklift experience.
- **Punctuality and reliability are essential.**

**NICE TO HAVES**:

- Valid forklift operator certificate preferred
- Previous experience loading materials to/from delivery trucks.
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry
- Able to work occasional overtime as required by the workload
- Previous steel handling experience preferred.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:

- Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb stairs or ladders.
- Regularly required to kneel; bend; squat; push; pull; reach above and below the waist.
- Regularly visits areas where Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required.
- This position is **outdoor, all year**. Rain gear is supplied.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
