**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Serves as the first impression of the dealership at point of entry for the purpose of greeting and directing all visitors.
- Greeting customers visiting the showroom and inquiring as to the purpose of their visit.
- Referring customers to the appropriate dept, introducing customers to the sales people.
- Professionally answering phone calls and re-directing those calls to respective dept.
- Taking payments from customers and issuing receipts along with other office duties.
- Stock in new and used cars and assist sales dept with vehicle inventory control.
- Licensing.
- Booking out cars both new and used for delivery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft word & Excel, although more extensive computer knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Responsible for sending all mail.
- General filing and photocopying.

**Technical skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi task without compromising on quality
- Extremely dependable and punctual
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with both co workers, guests and vendors
- Data entry skills

**Qualifications**:

- An exceptional positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist/customer service is preferred
- Experience operating a multi-line telephone system is preferred
- Professional appearance and friendly disposition
- Ability to work professional in a high pressure environment
- Ability to converse in French an asset
