Your Role at Cabot:
Supervises stores to assure efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness with the best use of resources and in respect of safety and environment to meet all store requirements.

How You Will Make an Impact:

- Supervises team to maintain and increase safety, efficiency and skills and promote a cooperative attitude with subordinates.
- Accomplishes schedule requirements for internal and external customers in line with appropriate priorities based on strategic plans.
- Trains, provides clear instructions, and ensures employee understanding of store processes.
- Provides employees with an understanding of work group and divisional plans, needs, and priorities.
- Organizes tasks and activities for effective accomplishment of responsibilities and objectives.
- Completes all required reports, records, and measurements, i.e. store records, payroll authorization, etc.
- Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.
- Monitoring parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitoring the current parts inventory with a focus aged and/or obsolete items.
- Initiate and/or monitor purchase orders for inventory items, inventory repairs, supplies, etc.
- Monitoring and following up on open purchase orders
- Working with S2P on supplier relationships, supplier service requirements, price shopping, category tenders, etc.
- Supervise the receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling.
- Handling special orders and inventory repairs.
- Collaborating with maintenance department to ensure all parts are available for upcoming repair jobs and turnarounds.
- Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff.
- Complete annual full physical inventory count in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure department adherence to all company internal control requirements.

What You Will Bring to Cabot:

- Techinical knowledge of process and product technology
- Knowledge of product specifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing environment
