We are seeking a dynamic and organized Automotive Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments for automotive services. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth and streamlined service experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments for automotive services, including routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer information in the database.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing paperwork and updating service records.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or administration, preferably in an automotive or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
