**Marine Parts Sales Counterperson**

**OVERVIEW**

Harbor Vue Marina is the Largest full-service marina on the North Channel**, **we pride ourselves with our full-time Professional Factory Trained and Licensed Marine Technicians**, **knowledgeable parts staff and patient customer service representatives.

Located just southeast of Little Current on gorgeous Manitoulin Island, Harbor Vue Marina is the largest marine service facility on the North Channel Waterway.

For over forty years the team at Harbor Vue Marina has provided exceptional customer service to boaters from around the world while providing outstanding value and selection of products that lets you enjoy the water worry-free.

As boating specialists, our staff has the knowledge and expertise to assist you in every aspect of boating; from sales to service and storage to dockage, we love boating, and it shows.

We work on all makes and models of boats and motors, including 10 years and older.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Ø Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions, education on product usage and providing advice for maintenance and installation

Ø Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are correctly stocked and displayed for optimal visibility and accessibility

Ø Assist with customer issues and complaints

Ø Helping customer with their boating parts needs and repairs

Ø Complete jobs in timely and accurate manner

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

Ø Experience working with marine products and services an asset

Ø Technical understanding of marine and recreational products

Ø Ability to work independently

Ø Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to deliver exceptional service to customers

Ø A passion for boating and relevant experience

The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
