Lottery Kiosk Operator

As a Kiosk Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. **Duties**:

- handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide exceptional customer
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inventory management- Follow company policies and procedures.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cash handling or cashiering is preferred
- Previous experience working a lottery termina
- Strong retail sales skills, including the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and handle multiple responsibilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
