Royal collectible seeking enthusiast in sports cards hobby & memorabilia online selling/buying has basic knowlege navigate in socal media plate forms.
- Market products on the eBay site, using well-established selling procedures and techniques.
- Respond to customers’ inquiries regarding products, and shipment, ensuring that the right type and amount of information is forwarded.
- Provide customers with information on shipment amounts, in addition to the cost of products.
- Go through order files to determine the quantity and type of products ordered.
- Look through online and physical inventory to determine the availability of products.
- Pick, pack, label, and ship products to the customer, and provide delivery timelines.
- Respond to customers’ complaints regarding service and product quality, aiming to attempt their issues.
- Oversee the inventory to ensure product availability, and assess stock situations.
- Create and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that products are delivered timely.
- Provide customers with detailed information regarding payment options, band process credit, and debit card payments.
- Handle returns and exchanges in sync with the guidelines provided by the company.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability
