- How your role will add to the story:
- We are looking for a Aftersales Parts Pricing and MRA/BI Manager who will oversees all BI Analytic for Aftersales business and drive the BI migration of current reporting development of all future reporting/analytics metrics, make recommendation on business opportunities to management and other stakeholders within the company. Optimize parts and service performance by recommending pricing actions based on data analytics to maximize revenue, profitability, and market share. Manage all MRA activities including yearly data mapping uploadsA day in the life:
- Provide comprehensive Business Intelligence analysis of the Aftersales data and make recommendation on business opportunities to management and other stakeholders within the company.
- Plan projects to produce reports and perform meaningful quantitative and/or qualitative analyses. Guide the ASBD team on BI, pricing and MRA matters. Coach and support Business dev. analyst in their daily responsibilities.
- Lead parts pricing department with strategic development and implementation of new/existing part pricing methodologies for all divisions; passenger car, classic cars, PC accessories, VAN, VAN accessories, G-Class, EQ and smart.
- Recommend any pricing action or policy changes to ensure Canadian market competitiveness, overall business growth, ensure pricing strategy meets or exceeds all GSP and MBC targets.
- Manager all MRA for Aftersales activities related to maintenance and creation of data mapping files (C&A and VPR files). Work in close collaboration with the MRA team at GSP.
- Communicate regularly with dealers and address any issues/concerns. Facilitate publication of monthly parts price file to dealer network and authorized vendors and monthly sales reports.
- Drive biannual market alignment with German pricing structure and evaluate current MBC market pricing strategy. Achieve all MAD pricing targets with adjustments to pricing strategies and methodologies during market alignment.
- Provide guidance to external vendors to ensure achievement overall MBC business objectives. Provide information regarding key pricing concepts, data structure, and business insights and ensure appropriate utilization and implementation into suggest programs/tools.
