Carpenter

_The Employee shall be responsible for day-to-day interior carpentry, relating to property located in Souris. The Employee reports to Red Sands Properties Inc.’s Maintenance Supervisor._

Job Title: Carpenter

Hours: Full time Monday-to-Friday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, some weekends and evenings, as required

Start Date: April 3, 2023

Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience and qualifications, plus overtime opportunities

Job type: Permanent with 3-month probation period, company benefits after 3-months

Vacation: 2 weeks paid vacation or 4% vacation pay

Location: Souris, PE

**Job duties**:

- Quote jobs and manage project costs
- Provide project time estimates and ensure deadlines met
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a carpenter or doing renovation work

**Experience needed**:
3 years of relevant carpentry experience is required

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have a reliable truck or van (will be paid mileage on all travel)
- Must provide a clean and current criminal record background check
- Having your own tools will be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
