Corporate Paralegal

Prio Auto Sales is one of Canada's leading car dealerships, known for our exceptional customer service and vast inventory. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our Ottawa office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft legal documents, letters, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing documents for legal matters such as lawsuits and disputes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries to the management team.
- Assist owners and managers with legal matters and provide necessary support.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Assist in developing and reviewing internal policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Paralegal diploma or equivalent education.
- Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.
- Experience in corporate or commercial law is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
