**Role Summary**:
This position is for Massiv Die-Form, a division of Cosma International.

Massiv Die-Form, a division of Magna International, designs and builds medium to large cast automotive and hot stamping dies. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Fixture Incoming/Outgoing inspection and report.
- First off, Last off on Shop floor and report as required.
- Mark up the panels/Cosmetics review and report.
- Prepare the circle grid material and inspect the circle grid panel if needed.
- Thinning check and report.
- Perform the hardness test on the products.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product, process and quality system.
- Carry out quality inspection on Products to ensure that specific quality assurance standards are met, which includes cosmetics, functional, dimensional checks and decision making.
- GP12 and parts packaging to support shipment.
- File, grind, sand, drill, weld, etc. in order to ensure that products are to the customer's standards.
- Operate forklift if required.
- Dump hoppers into designated recycle/waste bins and ensure that overloading does not occur.
- Ensure the contents of bins are as designated (ie. wood in wood bin, etc) and ensure that overloading does not occur by emptying them regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness of press areas including oil clean up, sweeping up steel or other misc. debris.
- Perform other reasonable duties as required and assigned.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Previous working experience in an Automotive Manufacturing environment
- Experience in metal finish Class A, Class B and class C surfaces an asset.
- Experience in inspection and dimension of the product an asset.
- Experience in Cosmetics review an asset.
- Tooling/machine shop experience an asset.
- Knowledge of SPC and Drawing an asset.
- Forklift certification an asset.
- Crane certification an asset
- Good mathematical, organizational, communication and Computer skills required.
- Ability to maintain a positive contribution towards quality, customer satisfaction and company profitability.

- Rotating Shifts (Two weeks day shift & two weeks afternoon shift)
- Shop Floor Environment
- Overtime may be required at times
