Join our Flower Patch Kids Family We are a fully licensed multi-age program, serving up to 8 children aged 0-5 years, and are committed to providing high-quality early education in a warm and supportive environment. We aim to inspire young minds through creativity, adventure, and nature-based learning. We are looking for a person who is passionate about supporting the daily needs of children through strategies that ensure each child feels valued, safe, and inspired to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and nature-based learning experiences.
- Facilitate daily activities, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in care, following proper procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Basic ECE certification
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification.
- Reliable and responsible, with the ability to lead a program independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about working with children and dedicated to their well-being and development.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $25 per hour, plus Wage Enhancement ($6 extra per hour).
- Flexible scheduling options available: 1 or 2 days per week (preferably Mondays, Tuesdays, or Thursdays), from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
