Baig Security is a Canadian security company based out of Burlington, Ontario, providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions. We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile patrols, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

Baig Security is seeking to hire a start up CEO who will grow a company setting the vision and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Driving growth, profitability and company value
- Implementing efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and growth of the company
- Monitoring day-to-day operations
- Owning the operational budget and managing burn rates
- Managing competition and trends in the marketplace, along with the evaluation of financial structure, capital strategy and strategic objectives -Providing expert guidance to all deparments, including HR,operations, sales and others.
- Reporting directly to the CEO
- Building connections and strategic partnerships to drive growth
- Establishing credibility throughout the clients and other people
- Others duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Supervisory/ senior level management experience
- Proven track of record of building succesful products and high performing teams from the ground up
- Good communication skills
- Strong leadership ability
- Outstanding problem skills
- Strategic mindset

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Senior level/CEO: 5 years (preferred)
