**Department Overview**
- The Cash Management Service Officer (CMSO) position is found in large Commercial Ag Services Centres in which volumes warrant a dedicated resource for Deposit and Cash Management administrative matters. The CMSO reports to the Sales Manager of Cash Management. This position is accountable to deliver a superior customer experience, support profitable business growth and achieve The Quest.
- The CMSO provides support to the Managers Cash Management (MCMs) and the business banking clients across the multiple Commercial Banking Centers (CBC)
- Identify additional business opportunities for existing customers and advise the Manager Cash Management (MCM) or Relationship/Account Manager as appropriate.
- Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships by consistently following the Business Banking Relationship Methodology.
- Ensure products and services are sold and operate in a compliant manner minimizing the regulatory compliance and operational risk to the Bank.
- Prepare, follow, and track appropriate documentation to support implementation of deposit and cash management products and services.
- Act as a first point of contact for ongoing customer cash management questions and concerns, resolving them where possible, and communicating to the MCM, Relationship/Account Manager, etc. as appropriate.
- Providing training to customers for new products sold
- Cross-sell products and services to existing and new customers to maximize revenue/profit and retention of business banking customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain understanding of deposit and cash management pricing models/concepts.
- Actively refer to other business partners both within Business Banking and across TDBFG and respond effectively to reciprocal referrals.
- Assist in preparation of pricing submissions where exception pricing is required.
- Prepare and support Managers Cash Management (MCMs) by gathering non-credit profitability data to support account planning and relationship review activities by leveraging Deposit and Cash Management pricing reports to identify re-pricing and cross-sell opportunities

- Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Customer service and banking experience are an asset
- Ability to take ownership of a situation
- Actively participate in the performance management process including performance reviews, feedback, and coaching sessions as well as performance and development discussions
- Seek knowledge both formal and informal in line with PDP objective
- Build and maintain solid relationships with our business partners acting as a link to those groups profitable business growth, and achievement of The Quest
