**This is a 100% in-person role.**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manufacturing tasks on a daily basis, including silicone injection, post processing, packaging, and quality inspection
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance activities and improve upon existing cleaning/maintenance procedures
- Perform documentation activities on a daily basis to ensure all Device History Records are up to date
- Responsible for incoming inspections, inventory tracking and maintenance of the manufacturing facility
- Maintain Device History Records, according to Cosm’s Quality Management System (QMS) for ISO 13485 compliance
- Provide engineering support to the Production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Input on continuous improvement projects such as the need and development of jigs and fixtures
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that your deliverables meet product launch, production and quality milestones
- Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**:

- High mechanical and hands-on aptitude
- 2+ years experience in high quality manufacturing facility as operator is required
- Experience in 3D printing and/or silicone injection methods will be an asset
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Highly motivated, conscientious, self-managed team player that can easily adapt to change, and ability to multitask

**Education and Experience**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering considered an asset
- Two years of manufacturing experience is required
- Past experience in medical device or other regulated environments will be an asset
- You should enjoy working with your hands and get a sense of satisfaction from building/creating things
- To thrive in this position, you will have natural attention to detail, enjoy repetitive tasks, take pride in the quality of your work and personal effort, and possess a disciplined work ethic

- May require moderate level of lifting

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour
