- Acts as a liaison between purchasers, dealers, Canada head office and the factory.
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Verify criteria required as per terms of warranty are met.
- Obtains additional information regarding claims, if required.
- Actions all claims in the database.
- Assist in maintaining an accurate dealer and equipment database.
- keeps abreast of all company announcements.
- Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which part may be disposed of.
- Arranges for replacement parts to be shipped to the factory or to be scrapped.
- Files and maintains all service records as per SOP.
- Assists with any clerical duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned. *QUALIFICATIONS* *Education and Experience*
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong Mechanical / technical background
- At least 3 years’ experience in dealing with warranty claims. *Skills and Knowledge*
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical systems.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed Education:

- Secondary School (preferred) Experience:

- Warranty Administrator: 3 years (required)
- Mechanical/Electrical: 1 year (preferred) Language:

- Mandarin (preferred) Work Location: In person
