Lube Technician

**MCL Group** is currently looking for an experienced **Lube** **Technician **to join our dynamic team.
**Must be okay with working out of town.**
**Responsibilities**
- Comply with all safety standards.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when and where required.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Fuel and grease all equipment daily.
- Diagnose and repair company assets, maintain repair order documentation and assist other maintenance personnel when required.
- Document repair operations and time tracking in accordance with company policies.
- Request parts required as necessary.
- Ensure service trucks are kept clean, organized, and maintained properly and ready for use at all times.
- Perform technical inspections and document findings.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance operations when required
- Oil and filter changes
- Change air filters and cabin air filters
**Requirements**:
- Heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable safety practices and procedures.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate work flow with crew, foreman and superintendent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
**Working conditions**
- 50+ hours per week (weather dependent)
- Outdoor
- Must be willing to travel and work out of town.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
- Fuel and Lube (construction heavy equipment): 2 years (preferred)
- boosting 24 volt systems: 2 years (preferred)
- Heavy equipment knowledge: 2 years (preferred)
- greasing heavy equipment: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 3 Licence (clean abstract) (preferred)
- csts 2020 (preferred)
- Standard first aid (preferred)
- H2S Alive (preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 100% (preferred)
